In April 2008, Jo published a book 'What Should I Tell You? A mother's final words to her infant son' based on a tape her sister Maggie left for her 2 year old son Francis when she was dying from cancer. Jo says of her sister, "Her attitude to death and dying has changed my attitude to living. It's about living well until you die."
